After looking on MoneySuperMarket at remortgaging rates, we had no idea where to start, but knew we want to get out of our current mortgage contract and into another before the rates started increasing mid-2022.
We contacted David who was recommended through a friend. He helped us understand the steps we needed to take and advised on alternative options.
David has been available night and day, weekdays and weekends, answering our questions and handling the Mortgage Lenders! He has always put our needs first, and listened to what we wanted out of the remortgage.
Due to the lower interest rates at the time, and Davids’s promptness before the rates rocketed, we were able to raise £21k to wipe out our debts (£500 a month on loans and credit cards), get our chimney repaired, concrete our driveway and end up still paying what we did previously on our mortgage with the same term remaining!
Basically, we’re £500 a month up, and will soon have a new chimney and driveway and no more loan repayments!
